Public Notices

This page contains routine notices applying to the public pages of the MGH website. It is provided for administrative completeness and should not be mistaken for a source of urgent information, technical instruction or operational guidance.

General caveat: MGH publishes only material considered suitable for general public release. Absence of detail is intentional where detail would be contractual, controlled, premature, misleading without context, or simply not useful to visitors.

Publication status

Pages on this site are compiled from approved public summaries, standing descriptions, archived wording and ordinary administrative records. They do not amend contracts, specifications, tender documents, security schedules, risk assessments, insurance arrangements or minutes of meetings.

Where a page describes a capability, product, service or method, the description is general. Availability depends on appointment, lawful authority, export status, capacity, configuration, venue conditions, release markings and other matters that cannot be settled by reading a web page.

Corrections and clarifications

NoticeAdministrative position
Obsolete wordingSome archived phrases remain visible because removing them would make old references harder to understand. Current requirements are confirmed through the authorised route, not by comparing page dates.
Minor errorsTypographical errors, broken punctuation and stale captions may be corrected without a formal announcement. The correction should not be read as a change in policy unless it says so.
IllustrationsPhotographs, icons and diagrams are representative only. They may show anonymous equipment, ordinary paperwork or a room not being used for the activity implied by nearby text.
Page sequenceThe order of pages is a convenience of navigation. It is not a process chart, priority list, mobilisation plan or recommended escalation path.

Controlled information

This site is not a route for submitting controlled information, protected material, programme records, tender submissions, personal data beyond that requested by a form, or documents requiring special handling. Such material must use the channel already agreed for the matter concerned.

MGH does not confirm, deny, expand upon or tidy up restricted matters on public pages. A public silence may mean that nothing exists, that something exists, that the question is unsuitable, or that the website is not the place to answer it. No inference should be drawn.
