New public telephone line
Touch-tone routing is available now. The line accepts public Production, Defence, careers, supplier, accounts and general enquiries. It does not disclose internal numbers or guarantee that the eventual destination is occupied.
Urgent event matters
For a life-threatening emergency, contact local emergency services first. Client-side operational routes are issued outside this public website.
Public enquiry routing assistant
The previous enquiry form has been replaced by an interactive routing assistant. The assistant asks preliminary questions so that the correct internal route may be considered before any route is disclosed. It does not accept documents, disclose routes, or confirm that an enquiry is suitable.
Before using the assistant
Do not submit classified material, operational data, warrant material, export-controlled documentation or sensitive personal information. The assistant is advisory only and may ask further questions where the public route is not apparent.
Visitor information
Physical locations, access instructions, opening hours, visitor requirements and event-control arrangements are withheld from this website. Do not attend an operational site without an authorised appointment.
