The MGH public archive lists selected old releases, forms and public materials. The list is not a complete record. It is provided to help readers identify what to request in writing through the authorised public route.
Archive policy: archived material is supplied only where it is still public, still held, not superseded by a controlled version, and not likely to be confused with current guidance. Most archive items are not available for immediate download.

- 1999 public web map (PDF listing only) - no longer reflects the published site.
Requesting archive material
Requests should identify the year, title, reason for request and whether a printed copy is required. Do not send restricted material, personal data beyond what is necessary, or operational detail through the public website. A request may be refused without further explanation where the material is not suitable for public release.
Archive documents are not certified, not contractual, not current policy, and not evidence that a service, appointment, product, arrangement or route remains available. If current information is required, use the Downloads page or submit a fresh enquiry through Contact Us.
Known gaps
The archive index omits internal correspondence, names, direct routes, location details, client records, controlled programme material and records belonging to other organisations. Some omissions are deliberate. Others are the ordinary consequence of keeping old files in boxes.
