Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the MGH Conglomerate website. By continuing beyond this page, the visitor accepts them in full. If any term is not acceptable, the proper remedy is to leave the site. It is a modest remedy, but a complete one.

Conditions of use

1. Informational purpose. This site is provided for general corporate information about MGH, MGH Production Ltd and MGH Defence Ltd. It is intended to describe our organisation, services and product lines in broad terms only. It does not amend any contract, framework agreement, purchase order, invitation to tender or security schedule.
2. No offer or solicitation. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, invite, recommend or solicit the purchase of securities, services, support packages or defence articles in any jurisdiction. MGH is privately held and has no listed equity; the Investor Relations page is descriptive, not promotional.
3. Export control and regulated material. Pages relating to Defence are subject to United Kingdom export control law, end-user restrictions and, where applicable, allied government release conditions. Technical particulars are accordingly abbreviated. Further information appears on Export & Compliance, which forms part of these terms for all defence-related content.
4. Accuracy and availability. Reasonable care is taken in compilation, but no representation or warranty is given that the site is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Specifications, staffing numbers, accreditations and turnover figures may change without notice; so may ordinary office opening hours and the location of a fax machine.
5. Permitted use. You may view, print and retain single copies for lawful internal reference. You may not frame the site, scrape it into another service, alter notices, reproduce substantial portions for publication, or use any page in a way likely to misstate MGH's relationship with a customer, ministry, supplier or event organiser.
6. Security and misuse. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, falsify headers, test the resilience of the server without written authority, or use this site to transmit unlawful, defamatory or obscene material. We reserve the right to retain and disclose technical records where reasonably required for security investigation or legal compliance.
7. External links. Any third-party link is supplied for convenience only. Its presence does not imply endorsement, partnership or approval. A link to MGH from another site is permitted provided it is fair, lawful and does not suggest sponsorship, clearance or endorsement by the Group.
8. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGH excludes liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance upon, this site, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit and interruption to business. This exclusion does not affect liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute relating to this site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Trade marks and names

MGH, the MGH Conglomerate and the marks listed below are used within the Group in connection with specific products, services or programmes. Except for fair and factual reference, no licence is granted to use them without prior written consent.

Other product names and company names mentioned on the site may belong to their respective owners. The absence of a symbol or legend should not be taken as a waiver of any right.

Accessibility

This site has been written to function in ordinary graphical browsers without script and, where possible, in text-only environments. We aim to use clear headings, real lists and tables only where data is genuinely tabular. If a page is difficult to read because of contrast, structure or browser behaviour, please tell us. We cannot promise conformity in every legacy browser, but we can usually correct a practical defect once identified.
